La villa unifamiliare è il risultato di un intervento di demolizione e ricostruzione con lo stesso volume e sagoma di un edificio preesistente risalente agli anni Cinquanta. Gli interni sono stati modificati radicalmente per venire incontro alle esigenze di una giovane coppia. Gli ambienti che prima di presentavano frammentati in stanze distinte sono stati ampliati e messi in comunicazione. La zona giorno è caratterizzata dalla presenza di un box centrale di colore grigio che contiene il bagno e l'antibagno, mentre all'esterno si propone verso il living con nicchie e superfici dove esporre oggetti ed opere d’arte.

The detached house is the result of a demolition and reconstruction intervention, respecting the same volume and shape of the existing building, dating back to the Fifties. The interiors has been radically modified to meet the needs of a young couple. The internal spaces, that were fragmented into many separate rooms, have been enlarged and put in communication. The living area is characterized by the presence of a central gray box containing the bathroom and dressing room, while outside the box faces the living room with niches and surfaces suitable to exhibit objects and works of art.
