Il progetto riguarda un intervento di ristrutturazione edilizia ed accorpamento di due edifici a destinazione residenziale costruiti nel dopoguerra in un borgo storico del Montefeltro. Entrambi sono poi stati messi in collegamento con l'edificio adiacente, ristrutturato in precedenza sempre dallo studio Cumo Mori Roversi. I due edifici, che si presentavano molto degradati anche a causa della scarsa qualità costruttiva originaria, sono stati oggetto di un importante consolidamento strutturale ed un completo restyling che ha cercato di portare ad una armonizzazione formale e cromatica dell' isolato. Gli ambienti interni sono stati interamente riconfigurati e caratterizzati da un design semplice basato sull’uso di materiali naturali. Lo studio si è occupato anche del progetto dell’illuminazione e degli arredi fissi.

The project deals with the refurbishment and unification of two adjacent residential buildings, built in the postwar period in an historical village in Montefeltro. Both buildings have been joined to the next one, previously restructured by Cumo Mori Roversi. They were very degraded, also because of the original poor construction quality: they needed a radical structural consolidation and a complete restyling oriented to the formal and chromatic harmonization of the block. The internal spaces have been completely reconfigured and they’re characterized by a simply and refined design, based on the use of natural materials. Cumo Mori Roversi dealt also with the lighting project and the design of the furnishings.
